The Innovation and Change Management Laboratory (ICML) operates as a strategic unit within the Digital Innovation Center, serving as a multidisciplinary hub dedicated to fostering organizational agility, resilience, and sustainable innovation in the digital era. The Laboratory aims to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and organizational readiness by advancing cutting-edge research, applied projects, and capacity-building programs on innovation management and change processes. The twin transition is the key focus for the Laboratory. The Laboratory actively collaborates with industry partners, government bodies, academia, and international institutions to drive systemic change for digital transformation and promote sustainable innovation practices.

Mission

To support organizations, institutions, and public agencies in managing complex innovation processes and navigating digital transformation by leveraging evidence-based strategies, collaborative methodologies, and adaptive change frameworks.

  • Innovation Strategy & Design Thinking:

    Developing models and tools for open innovation, co-creation, and human-centered design in both public and private sector contexts.

  • Organizational Change Management:

    Supporting change leadership and culture transformation through diagnostics, stakeholder engagement, and customized change journeys.

  • Digital Capacity and Capability Building:

    Designing training programs and toolkits to enhance digital competencies and promote innovation literacy among professionals and policymakers.

  • Technology Adoption and Diffusion:

    Analyzing socio-technical factors influencing the successful implementation of Industry 4.0, AI, data analytics, and other emerging technologies.

  • Policy and Ecosystem Innovation:

    Examining innovation ecosystems and developing frameworks to enhance inter-institutional collaboration and regional innovation capacity.
